For residential clients, snow removal begins at a 1-inch minimum, and billing is split into two payments—one in November and one in February. Our snow removal plan includes 15 plows. If the 15 plows are exceeded, each visit will be billed individually.
For commercial properties, we provide monthly billing and offer comprehensive snow and ice management services. This includes options for salt, treated salt, ice melt, and a salt/sand mix to keep your property safe and accessible.
We stake all properties to ensure efficient and precise snow removal throughout the winter.

Yes, we offer 1 free estimate for all of our services. Any additional estimates are $100+hst (This will be deducted from your total cost should you decide to choose us for your project). Contact us to discuss your project, and we’ll schedule a consultation to provide an accurate quote.
